How old do I need to be to skydive?
You need to be at least 18 years old to attend a skydiving course at Robertson Skydive School, or 16 with parental consent.

How many tandem jumps do I need to do before I can learn to skydive on my own?
None, zip, صفر, nada, zéro, ศูนย์, cero, शून्य, null, noll. A big fat lonely zero. Your first jump can be your first static line jump as part of the FTJ course at the Robertson Skydive School.

How do I pay my deposit?
When you book the FTJ course, you'll need to pay a R1000 deposit to confirm your place. Make your deposit payment to the following account, and e-mail a copy of the proof-of-payment to bookings@skydive.co.za.

Do I need to make reservations for the courses?
Yes, book! The best approach is to book but sometimes it works to just show up at the dropzone before 08:30 on any Saturday morning and speak to any one of the staff.

Are there any physical requirements?
You need to be relatively fit and healthy, but equally you don't have to be an Olympic decathlete however we do have a 100kg weight limit.
